Delonghi Warranty Process
When new job arrives
- Verify proof of purchase and take a copy.
- If you are not satisfied with proof of purchase please book as non-warranty and advise customer.
When repairing
- Add correct part numbers and cost price (from Delonghi).
When claiming
- Claim online
Destruction certificate
- For all changeovers please submit destruction certificate with photo of compliance plate
- Destruction certificate must be emailed to sva.au@delonghigroup.com
