Delonghi Warranty Process

When new job arrives

  1. Verify proof of purchase and take a copy.
  2. If you are not satisfied with proof of purchase please book as non-warranty and advise customer.

When repairing

  1. Add correct part numbers and cost price (from Delonghi).

When claiming

  1. Claim online

Destruction certificate

  1. For all changeovers please submit destruction certificate with photo of compliance plate
  2. Destruction certificate must be emailed to sva.au@delonghigroup.com
