About Us
Boronia Appliance Repairs is a family-owned appliance repair store located very close to Boronia train station in the heart of the Boronia Village Shopping Centre. We have been serving people in the City of Knox and all over Australia since 2000.
We specialize in repairing and servicing small household appliances and commercial kitchen appliances. We offer a swift service at extremely affordable prices, plus we also sell spare parts for most appliances, if needed.
We believe in building positive relationships with our customers. Our steadfast commitment to quality service ensures that you will be happy with our service and come back to us for all your repairing needs.

We are open on weekdays 9 AM to 5 PM

Best way to contact us is through email. Due to health and safety reason technicians may not be able to take calls while working on electrical appliances. But they are happy to attend when possible.
Repair / Quotation Process
For all Warranty Repairs you must provide a proof of purchase or work order number from the manufacturer or your extended warranty provider.
For all Out of Warranty Repairs we charge a handling fee to assess and provide a quotation to you. If you proceed with the repairs this will be taken off the final price. Otherwise it will cover the cost of our assessment time.
We do not visit customer’s home / work place for any repair. All appliances (portable electrical appliances only) need to be dropped off at our workshop at Boronia or one of our designated collection centres (Mordialloc & Morwell).
We also have a collection agent who picks up from Melbourne CBD and Western suburbs, most suitable for commercial establishments. Additional charges will be applied for transportation. He also offers onsite Test & Tags for commercial establishments.
We cannot provide you any quotation over phone or email. One of our technicians must assess the unit physically before providing any estimate for cost and time.
To order spare parts / accessories please send us email. We cannot take orders for spare parts or accessories over phone.
Time for Repairs
We normally repair within one or two weeks. But sometimes it may take longer if we need to wait for parts or have a backlog in our workshop.
