We are an authorised repair and warranty service centre for leading brands including Breville, Kambrook, De’Longhi, Kenwood, Braun, Electrolux, and Magimix.

As our technicians work directly with electrical appliances throughout the day, they may not always be able to answer phone calls immediately for health and safety reasons. However, they are happy to attend when possible.
Repair / Quotation Process
At Boronia Appliance Repairs, we provide professional warranty and non-warranty repairs for portable electrical appliances including coffee machines, vacuum cleaners, mixers, microwaves, and more.
For all warranty appliance repairs, customers must provide a valid proof of purchase or a work order number supplied by the manufacturer or extended warranty provider.
For out-of-warranty appliance repairs, a handling and assessment fee applies. This fee covers the technician’s inspection and quotation process. If you choose to proceed with the repair, the assessment fee will be deducted from the final repair cost.
Please note that we do not provide onsite appliance repairs. All portable electrical appliances must be dropped off at our Boronia workshop for assessment and repair.
To ensure accurate diagnostics, we cannot provide repair quotations or time estimates over the phone or by email. One of our experienced technicians must physically inspect the appliance before providing a repair estimate.
For spare parts and accessories enquiries, please contact us via email. We are unable to process spare parts or accessory orders over the phone.
Time for Repairs
We normally complete most appliance repairs within 1–2 weeks. However, repair times can occasionally be longer if we are waiting on spare parts or experiencing a high workload in our workshop. We always do our best to complete repairs as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.
