Breville Warranty Process

When new job arrives

  1. Please check if customer has a work order number. if yes, please check the email from Breville with correct WO number and check warranty status.
  2. Verify proof of purchase and take a copy.
  3. If proof of purchase is not available try to verify the warranty status by PDC / Batch code.
  4. If you are not sure please book as non-warranty and advise customer. In this case no handling fee will be applied.

When repairing

  1. Please note the error codes and number of occurrences (from the log) where available.
  2. Add correct part numbers and cost price (from Breville).
  3. Add Breville invoice no (for spare parts).

When claiming

  1. Please make sure Breville invoice numbers for all spare parts are noted.
  2. Please make sure all prices are correct and matches with invoice.
  3. Send email to warranty.claims@breville.com.au
