Process For Repairs Coming Through Solvup

When unit arrived
- Create a job in our portal.
- Record Solvup case id as work order number (i.e. Solvup 234567) in our portal.
- Copy operator details in note section in our portal.
- Record date of purchase, place of purchase & verify the validity of warranty.
- Update Solvup docket click “Item Received” button.
- Add our job number to Solvup portal as Reference Number and click “Update Reference Number” button
To quote non-warranty jobs
- Please prepare quote in our portal.
- Copy quote to solvup docket (Parts & Labour)
- Click “Submit“
- Mark as “Quote Sent” in our portal.
When quote is rejected
- Take photo and upload to Solvup docket. Add Note “Please find attached the photos of the unit before transit.”
- Pack the unit (appropriate packing for safe transit)
- Attach a Note to Solvup docket “Dear Store Manager, This unit is ready for pick up. Please organize the courier and send us the connote. Please make sure you have adequate insurance for the transit. Boronia Appliance Repairs will not be responsible for any damage during transit. We are returning this unit unrepaired. Thank you.” click “Add Note“
- Mark as “Quote Rejected” in our portal.
- Mark as “Pick Up Advised” in our portal.
When repair is completed
- Mark as “Repaired” in our portal.
- Take photo and upload to Solvup docket. Add Note “Please find attached the photos of the unit before transit.”
- Pack the unit (appropriate packing for safe transit)
- For non-warranty repairs please upload the invoice with Note “Dear Store Manager, Please find attached the invoice for the repair. We will return the unit once we receive the payment. Thank you.“
- Once payment is received / for all warranty repairs Attach a Note to Solvup docket “Dear Store Manager, This unit is ready for pick up. Please organize the courier and send us the connote. Please make sure you have adequate insurance for the transit. Boronia Appliance Repairs will not be responsible for any damage during transit. Thank you.
- Mark as “Pick Up Advised” in our portal.
When connote is received
- Attach connote to the box/parcel.
- Update solvup docket with courier name & connote reference number.
- Click “Item Dispatched” button.
- Please update status in our portal as “Delivered” / “Returned” (as appropriate).
- Please add the connote number to our “Note” section for future reference.
